The Two Vines

“I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman” (Vinedresser) John 15:1. “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing” John 15:5. “Ye are the branches.” He, the vine is the one who gives birth to the branches. True Vine! These words make a clear distinction separating Him from all or any other spiritual vine’s that be. “True” makes known He is the real, the genuine! Here in John’s writings He (Christ) is distinguished from any other gods or false vine. He has made a distinction between the true vine and any false vine! Just as those two trees were in the garden in Eden, one the tree of life and the other the tree of knowledge of good and evil, so is it today. That tree (vine) of knowledge of good and evil was surrounded by all subtlety in-order to lure Adam and Eve away from the tree of life (true vine). In the Old Testament there were the two brothers, Cain and Able, the two offerings, one accepted one rejected, resulting in a jealousy and hatred which lead to murder (Gen 4). The two twins, Jacob and Esau “Jacob have I loved and Esau have I hated” (Rom 9:13). Just as there is Christ there is an antichrist! Just as there is a true Bride of Christ there is a False! (Read my article “Self-Proclaimed Bride”) Just as there are tares and wheat today, so is there a false vine and a true vine. In the second chapter of Acts it was at Pentecost in Jerusalem where the Church was born and the “True Vine” brought forth its first original branch! That original branch manifested the very life of God, the life of the “True Vine” was flowing forth in that branch and the fruit came forth in super abundance. The original branch manifested the boldness of “The Lion of The Tribe of Judah” because it came forth and was born of the “True Word.” Holy Ghost Fire was burning in the land, a fire that was built upon the Word of God and not fleshly emotions, religion or doctrines of man! Just as those subtle spirits were there in Eden so were they religiously ready to divert this great branch of fruit bearing believers that came forth at Pentecost. Look at these two’s. There is a true Christ and there is the antichrist. There is the true prophet and there is the false prophet. There is today a “False Vine” group and a “True Vine” group! There is still today a “Tare” group and a “wheat” group! In Matthew chapter 24, Jesus spoke concerning these groups of two’s. Two in the field; one taken; the other left. Two grinding at the meal; one taken the other left. Two servants; one a faithful and wise servant, whom his Lord had made ruler over his household. The other an evil servant who says in his heart, “My lord delayeth his coming” and therefore began to smite his fellow servants. The faithful servant ended up being made ruler over all his Lords goods; whereas the evil servant was appointed his portion with the hypocrites. These two trees or two vines are like the tares and the wheat, they have been growing side by side, they both thrive on the same sunshine and the same rain but they are of two different seeds. One is of the “True Word of God.” Non-diluted! Non-Compromising! Takes the Word precisely as it is! The other (false vine) takes the Word and perverts it, changes it around to fulfill their own ungodly agendas and deceptions. In Revelations two white horses, two separate riders. One is an imposter who holds a bow but take note he has no arrow, no sword or real weapon. He is a religious imposter, he is out with great effort to conquer the true vine and he is given a religious crown (Rev 6:2). The other white horse rider is called “Faithful and True,” His name is called “The Word of God.” He has a name written “KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS” (Rev 19:11 13 16). In Revelations there are two women, one a “great whore” (Rev 17:1) a mother of harlots (Rev 17:5). The other the virtuous “Bride of Christ” (Rev 21:9). There are two cities in reference to the two women one “Babylon” (Rev 18:10), the other “New Jerusalem” (Rev 21:2). Matthew 24 speaks about the hatred that will arise and the love that will wax cold! It speaks of wars and rumors of wars! It speaks of natural disasters! It speaks of the false Christs and false prophets that will arise! It speaks of how, by using great signs and wonders, this false vine group will launch a great religious work of deception (Matthew 24:24). It speaks of the Fig tree putting forth its buds (Israel). It sounds as if someone knows about the latter part of Matthew 24 and they keep getting more and more scared. It’s as if they know their own defeat and portion and therefore they are running about in some hostile, yet frightened frenzy. It’s as if their jealousy and greed is on fire, knowing the faithful and wise servant who was made ruler over his Lords household is now being made ruler over all his Lords goods! The spirit of this “False Vine” and “It’s Branches” is the same spirit that appeared way back there in Eden and it would love nothing more than to intertwine its deceptive branches into the branches of the “True Word Vine.” Remember just as the wheat and tares grow side by side then so do these two vines. This is why Revelations says “Come out of her, my people” (Rev 18:4). Do not be as Eve, YOU STAY WITH THE TRUE VINE! STAY WITH THE WORD AND BE MADE RULER OVER ALL THE LORDS GOODS!
