Lying Spirits and Corrupt Government

One of the darkest Old Testament recordings of “Corrupt Government” was in the days of King Ahab and his wife Jezebel. (Watch carefully and you will see the similarities of today). Hatred, greed, deceit, murder, incest to its fullest degree; the bringing in of false god’s and idol worship, all in order to turn the nation of the Israelites away from the God of their Fathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. All this and more, not to mention the effort to shut-up or kill off the true prophets of God and this all carried out in order to multiply the prophets of Baal amongst Israel! I want to point out and draw your attention not only to this recorded time of dark “corrupt government” but also to these three, Ahab, Jezebel and Elisha. First of all, the marriage of Ahab and Jezebel was political! Second, Jezebel was not brought in to Israel the correct way as Ruth was! Third, Jezebel did not come into the nation of Israel to worship their God but her every intention was political and religious based. She was out for the gain of political power for the spreading of her perverted religion of idol worship. Her determined demonic ambition was to destroy the worship of the God of Abraham and spread the worship of Baal throughout all Israel! Jezebel’s murdering spirit had been unleashed in all effort and by whatever means necessary to wipe out all the prophets of God, in so much that the Prophet Elisha had reached the place to where he thought he was the only one left that Jezebel had not slaughtered or lured away to the idol worship of Baal. This is when God said unto Elisha “I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him” (1 Kings 19:18). King Ahab operating in his fervent lustful greed along with his wicked wife Jezebel had Naboth killed in order to feed their own lust in gaining Naboth’s vineyard. (Naboth had refused to sell Ahab his vineyard even for one that seem to be better because his was his father’s inheritance). Through all of Ahab and Jezebel’s abominable wickedness, what was the last draw that brought King Ahab to his doom? (Surly you will see here it is a lot of the same thing that is going on today). As recorded in 1 Kings 22. A prophet by the name of Micaiah, which in Ahab’s own words he himself “hated” because “he doth not prophesy good concerning me but evil.” The Prophet Micaiah both saw and heard the Lord say, (20) “....Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth gilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner.” (21) “And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the Lord, and said, I will persuade him.” (22) “And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of his prophets. (Ahab’s own prophets of Baal). And he said, thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.” Take note here of both the characters and the spirits of those mentioned or involved in that Old Testament time of “Dark Corrupt Government.” Ahab and Jezebel; Elisha and Micaiah; the prophets of Baal and the prophets of God; lying spirits and the Spirit of (truth) God! I say this as humbly as I know how, “DO NOT CHOOSE TO BE BLIND IN THIS DAY AND HOUR.” Read the last book of the Bible “The Revelation of Jesus Christ.” Here you will find the same wicked and abominable spirit of the Old Testament Jezebel. She will be operating in these latter days once again and will be supported both politically and religiously! We also see in “Revelations” as well as in Malachi chapters 3 and 4 the Spirit of Elijah / Elisha moving upon the true end-time Church and that spirit will be carried right on over to the Jews! When you stand in the uncompromising boldness of Elijah, Elisha or John the Baptist, the spirit of Jezebel will stand ready to accuse you of being the one operating in hatred, while she works her own corruption both politically and religiously! Do Not Be Alarmed! These lying spirits will continue to become more and more dominate, widespread and widely accepted (Deceiving and being deceived. It’s called the gathering together of the tares! However, the same Godly and Powerful Boldness of Elijah, Elisha and John the Baptist will appear in the end-time remnant seed, those who have not turned aside from The Word of God! We, The Redeemed of The Lord Will Not Fear! The Word of Truth Is Our Defense!” Fear not ye flock of the Great Shepherd…Those who are of Truth will stand strong and bold as Elisha, Elijah and John the Baptist and they will be vindicated by the Spirit of Truth and Grace!  Signs Wonders and Miracles Will Follow Them!”
